Information involved
Loading a website sends connection and request information, such as an IP address, requested path and browser headers, to the delivery infrastructure. Hosting and security systems may record request or error information. The static pages themselves do not collect form submissions, payment details, registrations or uploaded files.
If you use an email link, your mail application and email services handle the message. The recipient may receive your address, contact information and the content you choose to send. Provide only what is needed for the inquiry.
Purposes and access
Website request information supports page delivery, troubleshooting and necessary protection. Business inquiries are used to respond, administer the inquiry and manage appropriate follow-up. Privacy and security requests may require proportionate identity or authority checks and human review.
Hosting, email and relevant security or operational providers may handle records for these purposes. Authorized people may review inquiries and requests. This notice does not represent that a future application account, advertising service or paid-commerce system is active.
Website infrastructure
The infrastructure review on 22 October 2026 recorded an IONOS-hosted U.S. origin server and local mail service for normal inquiries, plus 360 Monitoring (WebPros) availability checks from a Toronto probe. Origin and probe locations do not establish where all provider, support, recipient or recoverable copies are processed or stored.
Cookies, storage and tracking
The reviewed static page files contain no analytics, advertising tracker, external font, hosted contact form, automated chat, cookie-setting code, browser storage API or service worker. The images, styles and navigation script are served from the same website. Ordinary browser caching and hosting-generated behavior are separate from the page files.
Retention
Retention must be limited to justified delivery, troubleshooting, inquiry, security/request-handling and applicable legal needs. The same review recorded size-based web-log rotation at 10,240 KB with up to 10 compressed files. This is an operational size/count control, not a maximum retention age or evidence of completed deletion. Mailbox handling, monitoring records and relevant recoverable copies have different lifecycles; a mailbox quota or file-count limit is not a time-based deletion guarantee. No universal 30-day or 90-day erasure promise is made.
Inquiry and request records should be limited to the information needed for the matter and any justified exceptions. A privacy request does not itself authorize disclosure or automatic deletion of someone else’s information.

Explain the request with the minimum necessary detail. Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email. Proportionate verification may be needed before disclosure or changes. Applicable rights, response requirements and appropriate human review must be respected; no universal response-time guarantee is offered.
Audience and separate services
The initial marketing audience is U.S. businesses and business representatives aged 18 or older. The site is not directed to children. This is not an age-verification mechanism, geographic access restriction or claim that only one jurisdiction can apply. Private application sessions, software entitlements, tenant support and future sales have separate requirements.
